Hello Hello lovely members,

We were not able to plan our normal closing weekend this year, but now that some of the restrictions have lifted we would like to close off the year together and in person!

On the 4th of july we will be celebrating the end of the academic year outside on campus. We will spend the afternoon doing a fun and physical activity (details TBD) and have a bbq afterwards, during and after which there will be place for conversation, board games (with distance) and drinks!

The event will be at the small field between pyramids witbreuksweg 379 and witbreuksweg 381, and you are welcome after 14:00. Around 14:30 we will start the first activity, so make sure to be there. Around 17:30 we will light the coals and crack open the cassis and have a good night. The estimated costs for food and drinks are around €8.

If you are only able to join part of the programme, you are still very welcome, just put in the sign-up comments when you will be there. Also any food and/or allergy wishes can be noted there.
